Egypt. Aro had never liked it to begin with, but it just happens to be the home of the Egyptian coven. and Benjamin. Someone Aro has been after for so long, even more so then wanting Bella or Edward. So he had decided to take a little trip to Egypt, he really disliked Amun, but he did have his uses but he was their for Ben. and to invite them to the ball.
Aro had chosen to fly private for reasons known only to him, but he had taken a some guards along with him, for his protection. Aro hated flying, but Egypt was far away from Volterra. The flight would take a couple of hours at most, but he was more worried about if showing up in force was such a good idea currently.
After Aro and his guard had landed at the local Airport, they began to make their way towards the home of the Egyptian coven. Egypt was one place Aro hated, and yet he dragged him self and his guard to this godforsaken place. Hours had past as they reached their designation.
Aro would simply knock on the double doors of the Egyptian covens estate, with members of his guard beside and behind him. He was not expecting trouble, but with Amun.. he could stab you in the back, before you had a chance to talk. “ Amun.. do not keep us waiting, or I will bring your home down around your feet [/blockquote]

Benjamin slid down the marble banister down to the bottom floor, Amun hated it when he did this because it was childish and he should act more respectable, but the thing was Benjamin was a big kid. He had been bitten at fifteen so the venom had partly kept his childish mentality he still viewed the world as all fun and games, when he needed organising or reminding about the world he had Tia there for that. Still landing at the bottom he went straight into a cartwheel before landing on his feet and heading off after Amun. As he walked at human pace he hummed to himself the tune was from a piece of music that he use to sing, it was a familiar tune to him and it brought back more positive thoughts on his human life of performing dancing and singing seeing people smile or the look of amazement as the fire did as he willed it to.
That was where he met Amun who had called for him like the slave he was he thought to himself, it was then there was a knock at the door that would have made Benjamin's heart stop if he was still human and the voice that followed did not do him any good either. Amun shot him a glance which meant you are seen but not heard before heading for the door hearing Aro's threats "Aro, what brings you to Egypt?" he asked roughly opening the door wider, displeased at the threats he has already been issued with and that the Volturi are at his home.
Aro's threat interested Ben because though he was worried about Aro's reasons for being here, the only thing that crossed his mind was how quickly could he bring this temple down. Benjamin knew he could do it in about thirty seconds and he would like to see Aro beat that, but this was the childish side to him showing again as he looked through the open door from his position by the stairs seeing all the Volturi guards surrounding their leader. He had never properly met Aro he had heard a lot about him from stories from Vladimir and Stefan or Carlisle, but he had never actually met him properly ... Before now.

Arocould tell by the tone of Amuns voice, that he was unhappy to see Aro. But in all honesty Aro really could not care, if he did or did not, he was here with a task and would see it fulfilled. Aro simply walked passed Amun as he opened the door without even talking to him a till he was within the estate.
“ Aro.what brings you to Egypt" amun spoke to him, now Aro was ready to talk to him. “I have come to invite you to the ball I am hosting, well I extend this invite to Ben. and all your coven, I do hope you will attend. He looks to ben as he speaks saying.
I would hate for anything to happen to you. And as you can see I have my guard with me, so to refuse would insult me and my coven. And I cannot be held accountable for my guards actions. He then takes a seat across from Amun letting his guards go exploring around their home.
Such a wonderful home you have. Tell me, does all this sand makes you feel safe and secure from us. I have taken one of your family, what is to stop me from doing the same again. Aro smiles as he keeps his gaze on Ben, well his guards start to look around his home.

As Aro enters making himself at home Amun only gets even angrier with him 'Aro, your guards can not simply take over my house, this is my home' he immediately dislikes the idea of attending a ball and the way in which Aro is watching Benjamin, he follows Aro sitting with him keeping half an eye on Benjamin still standing out of the way seen and not heard doing what he is told for once. The mention of taking Dimitri makes Amun even angrier 'Id appreciate it if you kept away from the members of my coven during your stay, if you don't mind Aro' Amun explains anger still remaining in his voice as he tries to draw the focus away from Benjamin 'As for this ball I will attend if you wish' I will say nothing about Benjamin he thought to himself knowing he will not be going.
Benjamin felt unnerved by the gaze he was given by the leader and also slightly annoyed by the pet name Ben he already seems to have been given, but does not say anything as he catches Amun's watchful eye and says nothing about that or the invitation to the ball. Several of the guards moved around exploring the house and Benjamin watched them go knowing Kebi was going to be as furious as Amun was when they ran into her. He still remains still listening to their conversation, feeling worried at the reference to Dimitri and knowing how angry this will make Amun, was this it though! Had they come for him? Was he going to be dragged away from his home and Tia forced to join the Volturi because there was no way he would go willingly, at Amun's gaze Benjamin knew this had been directed to him an attempt to unnerve him no doubt, so he hides his fears keeping his face emotionless and avoiding both Aro and Amun's gaze, instead inspecting the floor gently feeling the vibrations of the footsteps of Aro's followers as the walk through the house and following their movements and which room they are in. Silently wishing them to stay away from Tia and warning them that if they did they would be in for one hell of a fight and if any of them touched her they had better make peace with their god because they would be joining them soon, before looking back up at the two other vampires at the table. Aro had made it quite clear his true intentions were not just to invite them to the ball he would not be invading their home if that was the case and he would not be here in person too, if this was all in an effort to unnerve Benjamin then he had to admit it was working. 'Benjamin, why don't you leave us!' Aro suggested catching his gaze, not to fond of the way Aro was watching his prize and wanting to distance Benjamin from him as quickly as possible.

Aro was starting to get annoyed by Amun, who thought he could give orders to him. Who hell did he think he was, he was talking to Aro Volturi the only reason his coven is not dust, is due to Ben and his ability. If Ben joined the guard, he would spare Tia, but would mostly bury Amun along with his temple. Aro watched as Amun spoke saying.
“Aro, your guards can not simply take over my house, this is my home.” A small grin would crease his mouth* “ No Amun. your lucky they only just looking. You know I could burn this place to the ground, and most of the guard I have brought with me can be replaced.”
Aro would follow though with his threat, if Amun forced his hand, the question is would he or will he be obedient towards Aro. “Thank you. Your presence at the ball will be most welcome.” * he then looks around and speaks again saying. “ Ben. why dont you come join us. It is rude not to welcome a guest into your house.

Benjamin did not like Aro's threats when Amun threatens it was obvious the statements were just empty words, but with what he had learnt about the Volturi he knew these threats were real. The stories he had heard of covens being murdered for the same of one ability scared him further be had to protect Tia and if Aro killed her when or if he brought down this temple then Benjamin would make sure Volterra burned. For he knew there was not an ability to match his and that made him a prize to the volturi, however Benjamin intended very much not to be kept by them and he would never join the volturi offered him nothing. They gave him a place where he would be used to hurt and to demonstrate dominance over others where he would be used similarly to Amun as a weapon when the time came.
As he was both asked to leave and stay he was conflicted over whose order to accept and whose order to decline, he chose to remain moving over to stand at Amuns side sadly where he belonged but he would much rather be on this side of the table than the other. "Welcome to Egypt, Aro Volturi" Benjamin expressed a small smile managing onto his lips "Will your stay be long?" he asked without any prior judgement he was not trying to get rid or him nor inviting him to stay longer be was merely being curious and Amun recognised this wanting to starve of his curiosity the last thing Amun wanted and Benjamin knew was to allow him to talk with Aro.
Despite the obvious threats of having the volturi in Egypt it still interested Benjamin he knew of the abilities his vampires had and of their followers but besides staring off at them across a snowy field he had never really seen them and it interested Benjamin to see them. To watch the way his guard acted with the upmost respect for Aro and the blatant disregard for Amun, it also interested him to know how they felt towards him after all he was the biggest threat here. In a way Benjamin also knew to be thankful for the Volturi's presence here if not her be wielding fire or earth or training in some way and it was not that he did not enjoy it, but he did look forward to having a day off from it all which was what the Volturi were giving him since Amun would never let him show off his ability on any way in front of them and he would have to be even more cautious if he was asked to speak about it, to be honest it just seemed better in his opinion for him to keep his mouth shut and leave the angry glaring to Amun. Who was doing a wonderful job at being angry and for once it was not actually Benjamin's fault which was another reason for him to be happy.

Aro Volturi - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - OH, THE POWER TO BE STRONG The Wisdom to be wiseALL THESE THINGS WILL COME IN TIME- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Threatening people had become a past time for Aro Volturi, he was good at getting his point across and unlike others, he could backup his threats with one single word. Amun made his blood boil, in his mind Amun was a jumped sand tic, that loved his sand more then he did his coven. But Amun would still try to insult Aro even if he did not mean to.
But, Aro was here about the ball but the real reason was to make sure Amun had not hurt Ben, if he had done so, Aro would bury him in the sand and burn his temple to the ground, leaving Tia and Ben alive. But seeing Ben brought a smile to his face, at-least he was still in one piece.” Welcome to Egypt, Aro Volturi. Ben addressed him.
By now he was just blanking Amun due to Ben's arrival “Thank you for receive me Ben. it seems Amun is lost for words that may be for the best, he never does have an anything amusing to say at the best of times, unless it's about his sand he admires so much. “ Will you stay be long?” Did Ben want Aro to stay or go. Aro never could tell what Ben thought.
“Not if I can help it. Egypt is to hot and I dislike how everyone talks about the pharaohs of Egypt. if they where so impressive, why did they bring the wraths of the gods down on their people. Egypt I will never understand it, just like Amun.” He smiled and took a seat.
“I do hope you and Tia will be attending the ball, even if Amun is acting like some child who just lost his toys. O wait I did steal some of them. laughs and grins I do love your lack of words Amun. .

Benjamin noticed how the shift of the attention in the room is to him but he keeps his focus on Aro despite the temptation to knock all off the guards watching him off their feet is great he knows he would get in a lot of trouble for such and action later. As Aro speaks he nods noticing how easily infuriated Amun becomes from Aro's presence and this intrigues him even more, Benjamin knew very little about the history between Aro and Amun except in the matter of Dimitri who's 'monstrous' betrayal Benjamin hears a lot about. The smile on Aro's face as he addressed him unnerved Benjamin slightly but he did not let it show wishing more than anything to calm himself with ease by manipulating the wind, but her resists managing a polite smile to Aro as he speaks. "I believe the Pharaohs of old were quite misunderstood, they did what they believed was best for their people even if in the eyes of us now the decisions they made were wrong and they did in fact not know what was best" Benjamin knew he was getting the look from Amun which normally was the whole for once in your life boy do as I command and hold your tongue or do as I say, but he doubted Amun was happy sight he conversation or with Benjamin speaking at all, but he could not silence him forever and though Amun feared Aro as did Benjamin he was still intrigued by the man and his interest in his ability.
As the conversation turns in the direction of the ball Benjamin nodded "Tia and I do hope to attended the evening" he explained hoping to glaze over the jab Aro had at Amun knowing that statement would anger him even more than the fact that he had told Aro they intended to go to the ball, no he would get in trouble for that later "Maybe you should keep to yourself and leave the members of my coven to exist as they please Amun suggested before closing his mouth again .. Yeah right Benjamin thought s if he was existing as he pleased locked up here instead of seeing the changing of the world and the centuries as much as he really would like to see that. Still Amun does have his best interests at heart he reminds himself "Tia like myself is looking forward to seeing Volterra for the first time, though I ow Amun has visited the city before he doesn't often speak about the place as we understand it, it is quite beautiful there" Benjamin was trying to diffuse the heat of the argument knowing this was a touchy subject for Amun and would much reefer for him to find someone else to bother it was risky enough having Aro here let alone having the two of them angry who knew how it could end and Benjamin was not a fan of finding out. There was however no way of getting rid of either man as Amun would be furious at the idea of Benjamin and Aro speaking without him around to breathe down Benjamin's neck to encourage the right answer from him. Still there was something about the ball that was exciting to the childish side of Benjamin who looked forward to going and meeting new people but mainly just escaping this temple for a few days that will be the not enjoyable part p, even if Amin sticks to him like glue which sadly is inevitable.
