A 19 year old girl stood on the beautiful sandy beachs of the La Push Reservation, holding a surfboard under her arm. Leah sighed gently before staring down at her clothes: A light white cover-up. Sticking her surfboard upright in the sand, Leah pulled the white cover off gently, revealing a aqua blue bikini. With a small smile, The 5'8 girl picked up her surfboard and raced towards the ocean.
With a small laugh, Leah dove into the crystal water and began paddling out towards the ocean. As a wave hurdled towards her, the 19 year old pushed down, shoving herself under the wave before popping back up and paddling further.
The sun had just began to poke over the horizon as Leah reached the perfect place to watch for waves. The 19 year old shivered slightly as a brisk wind blew on her partically bare body. Sitting on her surfboard, Leah watched as the sun slowly rose into the sky.
"I don't think I will ever get used to this," Leah sighed, a actual smile spreading across her face. For the first time in a long time, Leah actually felt content and even happy.

Seth was feeling down today. There were days where he misses his mom and dad and then there were days when he was completely fine. Today was the day he felt sad. It didn't help that Leah disappeared today. Normally he saw her every morning but today, nothing. It hurt him and he, being a man, didn't cry but he felt close to tears today.
Seth headed down to the beach. He found a rock to sit on just to think. He wanted to remember his parents. He wanted to remember the moments he spent with them. Looking out into the water he remembered the times they all spent time at the beach together with the Blacks. Back when things were normal. Back when Leah wasn't so cold. Seth felt himself quiver and he shifted into his wolf. He let out a mourning howl, knowing that the one person who would hear it and know it was him would be Leah.

The 19 year old's black hair flew backwards as she heard an howl. but it wasn't just any howl. "Seth..." The 19 year old scanned the beach before spotting a dark figure. With a powerful push, The 19 year old paddled back to shore. She knew every howl within her pack, but Seth was always the easiest to pick out. Maybe the fact that he was her little brother, had something to do with that, but Leah didn't get into that thought as she paddled forward.
"Seth!" She called out to her little brother. She crashed out of the waves and called again, waving her hand,"Seth!!! Little brother!!" She stumbled out of the ocean, throwing her surfboard aside. "Seth, Are you ok? Are you hurt? Whats wrong?"" Leah asked as she ran closer to her brother. He didnt look hurt, but looks could be decieving. She studied her little brother closely, noting he didn't look injured. Even though she would never admit it, Leah had made a pact to herself she would let no one, not even the pack, harm or offend her little brother in any way.

Seth was in just a depressed mood today. He was having one of those days where everything was not making sense, where everything was angering him and upsetting him. Seth wanted his sister but he also wanted his mom and dad. When he was younger, he used to give his parents a hard time and now he regretted that. He took the time he had with his parents for granted and he regretted every minute he took for granted. He didn't deserve to live, he didn't deserve to be here. Heck when the time came, he didn't exactly deserve an imprint. Imprinting was something he felt a deserving wolf did. He didn't deserve anything right now.
Seth heard his sister call his name. He knew that she would have known his howl among anyone else. He was thankful that she realized it was him. Seth heard her ask if he was hurt or if he was okay. Seth whined and he felt himself change back into his human form. He was sitting up, his knees drawn to his chest, crying into his arms. He rarely let his sister see him cry but today, he didn't care. "I-I'm not hurt," Seth whispered, choking back tears. He felt weak, like a baby but he didn't know what else to do.

"Seth..." Leah's dark brown eyes softened as she sat down beside her little brother. She wrapped her arm around him, pulling him into a hug, if he liked it or not. She was glad he wasn't hurt, but was worried. He often had these days where he was so depressed he nearly killed himself. She held him for a moment, upset that he was upset. As much as she never admit it, She loved her little brother and would do anything for him.
She waited until he had calmed down enough for him to speak before asking the dreaded question,"Seth, What's wrong, little bro?" She knew he hated being called that, but she wanted to see if she could get a glimpse of the old, cheerful, happy-go-lucky Seth.

Seth heard her sister and he felt her sit beside him. Normally he would push her away from him or he'd run off and not look back. He hated seeming weak and vulnerable. But today, nothing mattered. Seth felt her pull him into a hug and he hugged his sister back. She was the only one who knew how to make him feel better. Some days, when he was upset and crying, just a single hug would do. But other days, when he was upset, he wanted nothing to do with people. He just wanted to sit in his room, or sit in a tree, and be isolated from people.
Seth heard what his sister asked and he heard her call him little bro. He normally hated that but today he managed to crack a small smile at that. But as fast as the smile appeared, it disappeared. He looked out into the water, "Just miss mom and dad," Seth said softly. "And patiently waiting to imprint on someone. It seems everyone has one but me. I wish I could ask dad about it or mom but I can't."

Leah grinned slightly as Seth cracked a small smile. She knew how her brother couls be and somethings it was really hard to watxh him in so much pain. She knew he had a hard time after their parents had died, and her turning into a complete and utter bitch didn't help at all. Seth was always the happy-go-lucky boy who got on everyones nerves, but he was loved none the less.
As she listened to her brother, She understood how he felt. She knew how he felt about the whole imprinting idea. Ever since the rest of the pack had imprinted, both Leah and Seth were the only two who hadn't and she hated it. Sure, she knew it would come, but sometimes it was just WAY TOO Long to wait. As he finished, Leah mentally pepared herself before speaking up.
"I know, Seth, I miss them too... I know it's hard not seeing thwm, but someday, we will... One day, it will just like the old days... I promise..."
Leah gave her brother a qquick hug, knowing he was going to kill her for it before contiuning,"And the imprinting thing... Yes, I know it takes time, but it's worth it... I personally can't say how it feels like, but you will find someone..." Leah smiled gently at her brother, trying to see if that helped at all. She was mentallu hoping he would believe her.
