Personality ::
Edward like any over vampire can be prone to outbursts, more so when it comes to people who speak ill of his family. This sometimes can put him and his family in dangerous positions, without him meaning to; but he always finds away to keep them from harm. Edward is a kind hearted person, but he can become quite nasty, if someone pushes him over his breaking point so to speak.
But due to he has become a dad, he has changed into a whole different person. But this is no reason to think Edward is soft, he would still rip anyone to pieces, if they hurt Bella or his Daughter, or family. Some people can bring out the worst of Edwards personality, but he fights this when those moments arise. He is a father now, and he wishes to keep his angel safe, even if he has to do things he knows his family will hate him for.
Around the Volturi, the more nasty side of his personality, tends to outshine the kinder part. Aro and the Volturi. just bring out the worst in him, and even if he ever did join them, he would not have to like it. But he always puts his family above that of his own life no matter what could be at stake. His life or his lifestyle, for that is who Edward is. .

History ::
Edward Anthony Mason Cullen was born to Edward Mason Sr. And Elizabeth Mason. His life started on June 20, 1901 in Chicago, Illinois. He was an only child of the couple. His parents both were very productive in their lives, his father worked outside the home, while his mother stayed at the home. The perfect couple by all natural means. The family remained in Chicago Illinois and he lived like any other child at that time did. He was doted upon by his mother especially and he looked up to his father, who was always successful in whatever he set his mind to. In the era he lived in, he watched as couples were courted, long before someone married. As a kid he was always full of energy, like other kids were. But he was respectful in everything that he did. He never talked out of line, and respected his elders.
In 1918, his father, mother and himself were striken with the Spanish Influenza. His father died first, as he had gotten hit with it first. His mother would soon follow, but asked a doctor by the name of Carlisle Cullen to save her son, upon her deathbed. Once his mother died, he had no one else in the world to call family, save for Carlisle, who became his adoptive father in every sense of the word. Carlisle had done what his mother had asked and saved him by turning him into a vampire. The reason he did this was because Carlisle did not want to be alone anymore and wanted a companion. A very painful sensation flowed through him in the moments after. He and Carlisle would soon leave Chicago bound for a new home, and a new life. His adoptive father taught him the way of life for what they were, that they were vampires, but not the ones that drank from humans. Instead drinking from animals, in Carlisle’s oppinion was far better....and less messy. Carlisle explained that in his experiance it was far better to refuse to drink from a human, valuing human life as sacred. It was soon discovered that he had a special gift, known as Telepathy, but it wasn’t something he could change—or to block out one’s thoughts. Sometimes it got very annoying!
In 1921, not too long after he was transformed by Carlisle, he and Carlisle had moved to Ashland, Wisconsin where Carlisle found a young woman, named Esme, who had been brought into a morgue believing she was dead. Carlisle had heard her faint heartbeat and changed her. Esme would soon become his adoptive mother, and Carlisle’s wife. A few years pass and Carlisle brings home a woman named Rosalie Hale in 1933, in Rochester New York, whom Carlisle secretly had hoped would be his mate, but the two didn’t have that reaction toward eachother and Rosalie became his first adopted sister. Two years later in 1935, Emmett joined the family when Rosalie had found him after he was attacked by a bear, she had begged Carlisle to change him, scared of doing it herself. Emmett was the first adopted brother he would have. Once the family of five started travelling again. They arrived in Hoquaim, Washington where the native american tribe, known as the Quileutes, there offered their family a treaty. They would be left alone, so long as they did not bite a human and did not trespass on their lands. They family stayed in Hoquaim until they needed to move on. During this time they soon ran into Jasper and Alice, who were already vampires, so Carlisle wouldn’t have to change them.
Alice had forseen the two joining the family, with the vegetarian lifestyle they coveted. The family of seven now travelled and landed in Forks, Washington which was a place they would consider home for many years. They lived in a house outside of town—surrounded by woods. It was the only place they could be themselves, as it was a safehaven for them. They could not go out in the sunlight, otherwise they would sparkle like the sun, and it was the only way to protect their secret.
Carlisle would take them out of school whenever it was sunny so that they could do things—or so they explained to the schools at the time, otherwise people might get suspicious. Over the years he was the only one who did not have a mate, each of his siblings had their mate but not him. He was beginning to question if he would ever find one. They moved over the years, and kept hunting with their vegetarian lifestyle.
Upon returning to Forks many years later, he finds himself attracted by the scent of one particular human’s blood, the woman named Isabella Swan. For a while he tried to stay away from her knowing that he could kill her if he so desired to. Her blood called out to him that much. After saving her a couple times, he couldn’t stop himself from falling in love with her which was a dangerous occupation to do. His sister Alice is the first within his family to become friends with her. She would later tell him that she believed to be a vampire, and he showed her what he was...how dangerous he could be. Though nothing about that fazed her or scared her away. Soon he and Isabella who had preferred to be called Bella, began dating. This of course attracted the students who had already considered his family a bit peculiar, since they always ate together and rarely had outsiders around them. Soon he would introduce Bella to the rest of his family, she was the first human that really would get to know his family for who they really were. Much to the disapproval of Rosalie, Emmett and Jasper, who seemed to be against the idea of he and Bella being together but it couldn’t change how he felt about her.
He and his family showed Bella about how they played baseball, as they were extremely fast and could only play during a thunderstorm, since it was safer because they didn’t stand out too much. During this game, three vampires emerged, one was a redhead known as Victoria, and the other two, one was her mate, James, the same vampire who had targeted Alice many years before, and Laruant, a kinder vampire of the three, though just as deadly. He and his family saved Bella, though it nearly cost her her life. She was really injured during James’ vicious attack, though James was ripped apart and his pieces burned. Because of this, he feared for Bella’s life, though he didn’t leave her, because she asked him not to. He liked to watch her sleep at night. They later attended their prom together, though it was one of hundreds for him, but it was a right of passage for her.
Alice invited Bella to attend her birthday party at their house, little did he know how disasterous it would turn out. He barely was able to stop Jasper from killing Bella, as Jasper was the one who struggled the most around human blood, while he and the others were more disciplined. Due to this incident, fearing for the next time Bella would be around them, he and his family picked up and left Forks. Leaving Bella behind. He had to pretend that he didn’t love her, that he didn’t want her with him, as a way to protect her. They stopped all contact with Bella. He had promised her that it would be like he and his family never existed. Laurant had come to attack Bella but he would soon be killed by the Quileutes.
Though when it was discovered due to Rosalie’s insistance that Alice had forseen Bella dying, he went to the Volturi realizing he couldn’t live without her. Bella and Alice quickly came to Italy—to Volterra where he was. The Volturi wouldn’t kill him because his gift was too important, so he was going to make a scene, only seconds before he was to step out into the sunlight did Bella come into view, saving not only his life but their relationship as well. Aro and the rest of the Volturi had offered him, Alice and Bella an invitation to join them, which they refused. Bella had wanted to be a vampire, she’d told him more times than he could remember and Alice’s vision said she would join them too.
Once back in Forks he was forbidden by Bella’s father Charlie to see her. And it took some time for him to be trusted again by Charlie. Eventually he was allowed back into Bella's life by Charlie, which was a good thing, though it wouldn't have stopped him from seeing her either which way. Victoria came back and was hunting innocent people, including Charlie’s old friend, though the victims were left dead. It was like they were attacked by some animal, though he knew it was a vampire. They could smell it. Victoria was building up an army, a newborn army which was Jasper’s expertise. The family would soon fight for their lives and their way of life. Victoria was later killed, along with the newborns including a young girl named Bree, who was a newborn, killed by Felix, a Volturi member. Bella told him that she wanted to be changed, and he said the only way that was going to happen was if she married him. He proposed, and she accepted. The two were soon wed, Alice planned the whole thing and it looked incredible.
If he had had any breath to him at all, if he had a beating heart he was sure it would have stopped when he had seen Bella in her wedding gown. She was absolutely breathtaking. After the ceremony, he took Bella to Isle Esme, an island that Carlisle had purchased for Esme many years before. During this encounter, they consummated their relationship, and soon it was discovered that Bella was pregnant.
This was new territory for all of them. The happy couple returned home, and asked Carlisle for medical advice. Although he did not want her to keep the baby—fearing for her life, he could not live wtihout her, she refused. Rosalie was the one to come to her aid, and the two bonded over that. The pregnancy caused the entire family’s view to be split in half, over whether it was right to keep the child or not. Bella would soon give birth to their only daughter, her first name a mixture of Esme and Renee’s names, the couple’s mothers, while their daughter’s middle name came from their combined fathers’ names. The baby girl would be named Renesmee Carlie Cullen. Bella’s best friend Jacob would soon imprint on their daughter, much to their disappointment or dislike of it.
A few weeks after Renesmee’s birth, their cousin Irina Denali informed the Volturi, fearing that their family had done something terrible by creating what she believed was an immortal child—something that could not be tolerated. Irina had only seen Renesmee but instead of asking her family about it, had rushed off. Due to this the Volturi would soon investigate. Knowing this was happening, the family worked hard to prove that Renesmee was not an immortal child. At the end, of the search, Alice showed Aro her vision of what would happen should there be a battle, and how many lives would be lost. Leaving in defeat, the Volturi had not bothered them since. This allowed the family some peace and they were able to get back to their lives, and it’s now been fifty wonderful years and he could not be happier than he is now.[/i]

Edward had never liked the fact that the Volturi wanted Bella for the guard. In their eyes, she was a pawn that Aro could use to strengthen his coven. Edward would refuse to let anyone use Bella as a weapon let alone a pawn in their games. So he had decided to visit the Volturi to voice his option to Aro face to face.
This was not one of his best plans, but what hurt him the most was not telling Bella what he was planning to do. Edward had no idea if Aro would let him just walk out after voicing his reasons for walking into the wolfs lair to begin with. As he arrived in Volterra, it was not long after till the Guard found him and would then escort him to Aro Volturi.
As he made his way though the town, he could tell nothing had changed from the last time he was here, and that worried him, was Aro using them to his own ends. But that was far from his mind at the moment, his wife would kill him if she was to find out what he was doing, and where he was. And that scared him more then Aro ever could.
The moment Edward was worried about was upon him, he was now face to face again with Aro Volturi. The guards backed away as he looked towards Aro the first word he would address him with would be “Aro. I’m sure you know why I am here. If not i will tell you why. Then you may do with me as you wish as long as Bella and my daughter will be safe.”[/color]
