Flattering: Quinn is afraid of being a failure. She is scared of losing what she has so she tries to do everything to keep herself safe. And she always believes that her mouth decides her fate. Quinn knows the right thing to say to certain types of person. She knows when to talk and when to shut up. People are easily convinced by her words as they are unbelievably trustworthy, even when they are only lies. She does not have to use her punch to kill you. Just a word coming out of her mouth is enough to send you to hell. That is what makes Quinn quite a dangerous girl, despite her small size.
Cunning/Ambitous: Quinn has plans for everything. She is as cunning as a snake which can harm you without actually doing it. Never will she let herself in danger or troubles even if she has to hurt other people. No one is important enough for her to stop thinking about her own benefits. She is a dark soul. You can never understand her completely. She hardly shows her emotions; therefore, people cannot guess what is going on in her mind. You cannot tell whether she likes you or not because she treats everyone the same, including her enemies. She will be nice to her enemies if it is what it takes to get what she wants. Quinn is a girl with great ambition. She will not let anyone bring her down or stand in her way to success.
Sarcastic: Quinn is not a respectful child. She outright disrespects someone she finds that person unimportant to whatever she is planning to do. She enjoys mocking and insulting people a lot but she won’t make it obvious to anyone. She prefers implying for most of the time. Her sarcasm is the reason for some people to hate her desperately. She has tons of enemies thanks to this.
Kind-hearted: Quinn always seems to be a bad girl who wants the best for herself only. However, she has a good side that she never shows. She respects lives. She will not kill if she does not have to. Although she appears so mean and selfish, she does help people sometimes; but she does it secretly so as to keep her reputation. She does not want people, especially the Volturi, to think that she is still much like a human or still full of mercy. Well, she still has conscience in some respects.

History ::[/i]
Alyxander Quinn Sparrow was born on August 18th, 1900 in Switzerland. Her mother gave birth to her while she was on vacation with her father. Quinn was the second child, also the youngest child of an American couple, who were very wealthy. Due to her father’s job, her family had to move to England and Quinn spent most of her childhood in London with her parents and her big brother. Since she was a child, she had a very strange ability. Quinn always knew if spirits was around; she could feel their appearance although she never saw them. She decided to keep that little secret to herself as she did not want to scare anyone in her family.
The Sparrows were a very happy family for a long time. However, something happened and changed everything. Quinn’s father’s business went bankrupt and they began to be drowned in debt. It was a huge shock to both of her parents. Connor Sparrow lost all his control and he started drinking and gambling, hoping that one day luck would come to him and he would win some money to pay all his debt. Naomi Sparrow had to earn their living all by her own. The mother did everything she could to have money. In the morning she worked in a tailor shop and in the evening she served the table in a small restaurant. Quinn’s parents no longer had time to take care of their children. That was when Quinn learned to survive. When she did not have to go to school, she went to work to help her mother take care of the family. The fifteen year-old-girl did a part-time job as a… helper for a wealthy family in the neighborhood. Her job was taking care of an old lady, who was the mother of a very rich man. The man hired her as he had to be away all the time and he wanted someone to look after his mother. It was not a hard job and the salary was pretty high; all she had to do was cooking, cleaning and talking to the old woman. Surprisingly, whatever that came out of her mouth always seemed to please the old lady very much. Soon enough, the old woman trusted and loved her wholeheartedly; she treated the young girl like a granddaughter she never had. Quinn figured out one thing while working for that family: her mouth and her attitude decided her fate. She learned to say the right thing and shut up when necessary. She knew how to control her emotions and control other people with her words.
A year later, with all the money she got from her job, she began to think about her future. She wanted get out of the neighborhood and see the world. She wanted to go elsewhere and never returned to the ruin of her life. And so the young girl packed up and headed to the city centre, hoping for some chances to change her life. And her life was changed forever, though it was not entirely what she expected. Quinn applied for a job as a journalist and she got in after an interview, once again thanks to her mouth. The editor seemed to be somewhat interested in her; and in return, Quinn was very curious about him. There was something very strange about the editor that caught her attention all the time whenever he showed up. Quinn could feel the presence of someone – a stranger – around him. That strange invisible person followed the editor everywhere and that brought so many questions to her mind. She wanted to know what happened to him and who that spirit was. On a late evening, Quinn went to see the editor to submit her report and probably have a conversation with him. She accidentally revealed her secret power to him and that immediately shocked him. Different emotions shown on his face warned her about a potential danger; nevertheless, she could not do much besides freezing.
The editor actually was a vampire who had lived for over a thousand years with a tragic profile. He killed his wife and sucked her blood in a moment of losing control. Since then, the vampire had not been able to live a day peacefully without feeling sinful. When he heard his employee mention a spirit following him around, he realized who it was right away. Quinn’s reminding him of that painful event caused his overreaction. He always wanted to apologize to his wife but never had he got a chance until the young girl with impossible ability showed up. He told Quinn what happened and asked her to convey his apologies to his wife but she refused as she could only feel the spirits, not speak to them. A crazy idea was brought to his mind, due to what he knew about vampires: if he changed her into a vampire, maybe her ability would be heightened and developed; maybe she would be able to see his wife or even speak to her. The vampire thought of a backup plan though: he would end her life immediately if the result of the transformation was not what he expected, just to avoid problems. Quinn, at that time, was not aware of what she was facing, so she did not know what to do, to run away or to stay and find out what would happen. The vampire brought up a question, which was very interesting to Quinn: he asked her whether she would help him or not. Despite her fears, she agreed. That was all what the vampire was waiting for. She was changed that night.
Quinn awakened after the transformation and she felt very different. She was panicked to see surrounding her was dead people. They stared at her, questioning why she could see them and she could even hear them talking. The vampire editor was pleased to see what he had done was not a waste of time. His wish was completed soon enough. However, the newborn he had created caused him a lot of problems than he had expected. She was not able to control her thirst and began to kill people for blood uncontrollably. It was a good thing Quinn did not draw much attention, but she soon would if no one took care of her. The old vampire tried to train her but he found his effort completely helpless. In the end, he had to ask for help. He brought the girl to Italy and introduced her to the leaders of the Volturi. Her power was unexpectedly interesting to them, mostly Aro who always wanted to make his collection varied. Quinn has stayed with the Volturi since then. They taught her to control her thirst for blood and to behave rightfully in front of a human. Quinn found the life of a vampire quite fascinating. She was very excited to know what she was capable of. She remained loyal to the Volturi and added her name to the list of guards.
Quinn is a girl with great ambition so she does not want to be a small guard who has to answer to most likely everyone in the castle. With a little hard work and loyalty, she believes she will get what she wants someday.

Quinn closed the door behind her as she stepped in the library. The Volturi’s castle was such a huge place where a newcomer like her could easily get lost. She liked this place though. She liked how people talked about the coven she belonged to. The Volturi was like…God in the vampire world. They were the royal family who made the rules and other covens had to follow their rules. Wasn’t it great to be one of them? Quinn threw herself to the bench with a book in her hands. Becoming a vampire was something she never expected but it turned out so much fun. She could run incredibly fast and she was unbelievably strong. She used to be a weak and fragile girl who only had her mouth as her only weapon. It could be said that she was rather defenseless. But that was Alyxander, not Quinn. She was different now. And she was happy about that difference.
Despite enjoying being a vampire, Quinn found it quite hard to get used to her new source of nutrition. Thinking about sucking people’s blood was creepy to her but she could not resist the sweet, charming smell of blood and its amazing, satisfying taste. She understood it was cruel to kill her kind or what used to be her kind but she just did what she had to do to survive. Yes…to be or not to be. She always loved Shakespeare. Quinn leaned against the back of the bench, sighing badly. She was the most powerful creature on Earth now but why she still felt that she only existed but not living? It was fun to be a bloodsucker but that good moment did not last too long. She realized that wherever she was, the upper class was never the place for her. Her human life was full of tortures and pain. Never did she dare to live like who she really was. She told people what they wanted to hear but why she could not tell what she wanted to tell? That was the joke of fortune, she guessed. Stopping being the least important one was that hard?
Someday, yes someday, she would be the one whom people should watch out. Quinn opened the book and noticed the big title: Hamlet.
