Personality :: Overall, Tessa is very easy going and easy to get along with. When she is learning something, she is happy. When she is in her shop, she is happy. She hardly ever gets mad, because she finds that pointless. She will never be mean to someone, no matter what they have done to her.
When she is sad, it too doesn’t last that long. But, if she gets very depressed, and she doesn’t bounce back, she will be that way for a few days. She may always be happy, but there are moments when she is depressed that last more than a few minutes. When that happens, she needs her family and her friends more than ever.
When she does get mad, its best to stand clear. She won’t lash out at you, but she has no problem throwing something at you. Afterwards, she feels bad, but right then and there, its just easier to throw something at someone than yelling at them, in her mind.

History ::[/i] Tessa didn’t know much about her past, just her name and her birthday. The rest, she somehow forgot. It wasn’t always clear to her, because she was found wandering the streets when she was eight, so no one knew where she came from.
She never knew what happened to her family, or why they chose to leave her behind, but Tessa was thrown into the system before two weeks after finding her were over. She spent three years in the system, before the Reynolds finally adopted her. They were an older couple, ones who couldn’t have children of their own. When they heard Tessa’s story, their hearts went out to her, and they adopted her without trying to see how they could handle.
Tessa wasn’t that hard of a child, but when asked to change her name, she said she didn’t want to. She liked having her last name, and didn’t like the idea of getting rid of the last bit of her past she had. For the first two years of living with the Reynolds, she often wondered why she couldn’t remember who she was, or why her parents went missing and no one seemed to know of her.
When she reached 18, she finally had the choice to look for her parents, the ones who gave her away—or so she thought. She hired a detective, only to find out her parents died the day she was found on the streets.
So, she gave up looking for her parents, not even caring who they were anymore. She knew they were dead, so there was no longer a point.
When she was 25, she opened a shop in Forks, Washington. It wasn’t much, just an antique store. She buys and sells whatever she is able to get her hands on, and loves what she does. To this day, that is still what she does.
A few days after opening her store, her parents took in a pair of twins, boy and girl. They were foster care, but after a year of living with them, just like Tessa, they became part of the family. Her family lives in Forks, but Tessa lives in her store, where there is a room for her in the back.

beep beep beep Went the alarm clock, something Tessa never wanted to really hear. But, as every morning, it went off saying she had to get up. She wasn’t much of a morning person, but she had to get the shop ready. Today was the big day, as it was every year. She knew that because of the spring cleaning sale every year, many people would be in to buy her stuff, and sell her things they found themselves. Sometimes, she bought more than she sold, which was okay because she made her money that way.
Finally, with a shower and a quick bite to eat, Tessa was finally able to open the store up. She smiled, as she knew there would already be people waiting outside her doors. And, as she made her way into the store part, she saw that there were not just a few, but at least a dozen people outside her door. Tessa smiled, today was going to be a wonderful day.
