It was barely dark around nine yet Aver slid into the library through a window with a broken latch. It was'nt a big opening but without his shirt he could just make it. "How quaint" said Aver in a whisper as he looked around the small building. He smiled at his sucessful entry as it was his first try. Aver was fresh in his new life only a couple months old. He had no memories of his human life only his name. The place he was in smelled strongly of human but his thirst had been sedated and he shivered at the memory.
He began his search through the newspaper archives for anything about him. What happened to him? Who he was? Does he have a family? These are things he wishes to know. As he got closer to the date of his death the sound of the lock mechanism turned he immeadiately slid and hid himself under a crawlspace as the lights came on.

She had left the house that night, in search of something to do. Her family was busy and they had taken her daughter with them. So she was by herself and the house was too quiet without the family around. So she decided to leave the house. Taking a deep unneeded breath, she was walking along the streets of Forks. She knew this town like the back of her hand. She had been just outside the library when she got the scent of vampire. A nomad by the smell of it as it wasn’t one of her family’s friends. Was this an enemy of hers?
Taking a deep look around, she soon stumbled across the window that had been opened. She knew she would never get through the window in one piece, so she walked around to the front. The door opened after jiggling it a few times, it came unlocked. She was quite surprised of couse. Was this a set up? And if it were who was behind it? It was a quaint place to be, if one needed a bit of information. Instincts were taking place of course as she tip toed around the library. She knew someone was here but the question was who or rather what she was dealing with. She could smell the fact that humans had been in here recently and she was able to quelch the thirst that always seemed to come up around humans. She was good at keeping it to a bare minimum. Part of it had been to rely on her family for strength when she had first become a newborn.
Opening the door she soon found a light switch. Once the lights were on, she had shut the door behind her. Taking a deep unneeded breath she looked around the room and soon came across the newspapers that were left out. Someone had been looking at something, death articles from what it looked like. Someone was here but the question was who? She knew it wasn’t a vegetarian, not be the smell anyway. Which meant one of the red eyes were here. Which meant she would have to soon alert the shifters and that of her family. Pulling out her cell phone she sent a message to her sister Alice telling her to be particularily careful and to watch their future as best she could. Closing the phone she decided enough was enough and she was going to investigate on her own. She would rather be investigating it, since it appeared a vampire was involved than to have a human do it, and possibly risk their lives in the end. And she'd rather not have that happen.

"Great, just great."Aver mumble. He caught a glimpse of who enter but he smelled her first. She was one of the Cullen he spied on daily Bella was her name as he heard it many times. The enviroment was intense as he fought between facing her, or wait for her to depart. He could be patience if he needed to be. "What am I suppose to do?!"Aver thought to himself. It was only a matter of time before he would be found. Aver instinct was either to fight or run and he fought both but it was not easy.
As he watch he saw and heard Bella call another Cullen. Alice he thought. It seemed she was as nervous as he was. He peeked and looked around the building making sure he had a plan of escape. If his heart was beating it would betray him right now as he battled his instincts and stepped out the crawlspace stood upright and stared at Bella. "I...I mean no harm." Aver said as he smiled nervously. "Hello Bella please don't fear me I am only here to gain some info then I'll leave" Hoping it would help ease the situation he raised his hands above his head. Aver smiled this time genuinely happy to actually talk to a Cullen as he wishes to have a somewhat normal life like them. "Please to meet you my name is Aver and well I'm quite new. I am here to research my past as I do not remember it." he said smiling all the while. Yet he glance at the exit every now and then just in case.

It was one of those things where she had two choices. One, she could leave in the way she had come in, or stay until she figured it out. Being the kind of woman she was, she didn’t give anything up without a fight. She was a patient kind of woman, and being a vampire had only increased her patience to a certain extent. She had been able to sense that the vampire with whom she had caught the scent of, was not a female. There were subtle differences in the odors but that didn’t matter. She could handle herself should a fight occur. Once the vampire came out of hiding she looked at him. What was she supposed to do? She had to do something but at least Alice now knew where she was and where to be if things got worse. She was not fighting her instincts as she could handle anything that came at her.
“Okay...you mean no harm then why did you hide under that crawlspace?” She asked as if she had to guess, he was lying in wait to attack someone or something. That was her instinct anyway. She could tell he was nervous. “How do you know my name? What kind of information?” She couldn't help but ask.
She did not like this situation, as she had hoped her other family members would soon get there. She did not know if she could trust this vampire or not. “Aver, is it? To research your past?” She was curious now, as she did not know how to respond to this. She’d never found herself in front of what appeared to be a newborn alone before, but as long as he was not attempting to kill her, then she was by all means prepared to deal with him. The more she knew, the better in her oppinion. First she would have to talk to her father, Carlisle, and make sure he was aware of this present situation. For the family’s safety if anything else. After all he was the patriarch of her family. She smiled at him, showing him that she meant him no harm, as long as he answered her questions truthfully.
She did know how to hunt and kill those who were not like her and her family and she was willing to do it too, even in a space like this one. If it weren't for her curiousity she probably would have considered leaving the way that she had come in but she knew that she couldn't do that, not without there being some kind of reprecussions for it. Newborns could not be trusted as Jasper had once stated, and it was something that resonated within her. She just hoped this male vampire was a friendly one, instead of those crimson vampires who drank from humans and corrupted everyone and everything in their path. She pulled out her cell phone once more to text her sister that she was fine, and that she'd call if she needed back up.

"Well I did break in" Aver said as he rubbed his head. "I had no intention of being caught." As Aver stood there fighting the little that told him to run he was asked how he knew her name and he chuckled nervously. "To tell you that I guess I should start at the beginning" Aver said as he lowered his arms and wrapped them safely around his waist. He leaned against a wall and began. "You see I awoke about five months ago in a morgue near Seattle." Aver said as he remembered.
"All I knew was my name, my age 16 if you are curious, and the date of my death." said Aver somberly. "Imagine if you will your sixteen and you wake up on a slab" said Aver as he shiver from the memory. "You do not know who you are and find yourself surrounded by the dead" said Aver. Aver slowly reached into his pocket and pulled out a toe tag. "What is on this tag is all I know about myself." said Aver as he stared into Bella eyes. "Of course I ran as far as I could and found myself here" said Aver as the smile returned to his face.
Apart of Aver was ready for this part the rest of wanted to hide it. Av sighed "I know your name Bella because I watch you and your family." He let that sink in then he continued. "From the very moment I had to drink blood I hated it and myself." said Aver as he looked away unable to keep eye contact. "When I came to this town and I saw your family and smelled what you were I was envious." said Aver. "I wanted to know the secret so I spied on your family." "During the night I would hunt in Canada or Alaska during the day I watched your family." said Aver hoping he did not anger Bella.
"Watching your life is like a play that only I can see but never join in." he said as his went into a deep sadness. "I am here because I hope the records will tell me who I am" said Aver. "I think since I told you everything at least tell me something?" asked Aver. "How do you do it I wish to no longer drink human blood." said Aver seriously.

“Yes you did.” She told him and watched as he rubbed the back of his head. “Most thieves never do, of course in this case it is a little bit different given the circumstances.” She chuckled lightly. “Yes, I think that would be a good place to start. Five months? So you haven’t been at this very long.” She replied taking a deep unneeded breath. “You’re young then. Albeit not much younger than myself, when I was...brought here. ‘Course I never had that kind of problem. I woke up with a lot of support and help.” She smiled as she had said it. The family in which she had married into, were vey loving vampires, they had beautiful features about them even if none of them had possessed a soul. That didn’t mattter. Neither did she, not anymore. She watched as he pulled out a toe tag. She could feel him staring into her eyes, and she had handled it well. “So you found yourself outside of Forks? How long have you been in the area?” She asked curiously.
“Wait, what?! You watched us? For how long?” She was very protective when it came to her family members more so than it did for herself. “Envious, eh? Well it takes practice, believe me. Because of what we are, what we stand for, we cannot hurt a human...to take a life for blood. When I first entered this life, I knew what I was getting myself into. It’s not that big of a secret. We choose to drink from animals, because we get the same nutrition, with less risk. It’s how we can safely be around humans without wanting to rip them apart.” When he spoke about Alaska, she was worried if he knew about the Denali’s as well. She knew that she would have to tell Carlisle about him, about how he had been eavesdropping on their family like that. “Well, then by all means I won’t stop you from looking up your own records.” She sighed as the conversation turned back to her drinking animal blood. “It takes a lot of restraint. When I was first turned, I woke up, and I needed to hunt. I was brought out into the woods and attacked the first thing I saw. I’ve only ever lived off of animal blood, I don’t know what it’s like to have consumed something else. Nor do I want to.” She knew she could slip at any time but she had a better restraint than most people, even that of her brother Jasper.
“You kind of have to put yourself in the mindset of I can’t do this, and then focus on something else while you ease yourself into trying something else. Don’t force it, but let it come naturally. That’s how I did it. Because I can tell you, I’ve been around humans, since I’ve been turned, and it’s never easy but you kind of have to focus on something else while you’re around them otherwise, you really will fall off of the beaten path and find yourself back on the path you already have chosen to avoid.” She stated as she remembered the first time she had met Charlie when she had been turned into a vampire. How easy it was for her to see him even though she was a new born then. It had been fifty years and now at sixty eight years old she was content with herself. “Of course I’ve been around for quite some time so that also helps. Once you have a decison made, you have to train your body as well as your mind into thinking that humans are not food. And then go out and find other methods that work for you. For me, it was knowing I wasn’t alone, when I first went out on a hunt, after I’d been turned.” She replied seriously as she knew that he was only curious and it was natural for a newborn to be curious though she didn’t like the fact that he did in fact watch her family without anyone knowing about it. Which was a very dangerous thing as it reminded her of Victoria.

Aver smiled as Bella laughed at his explaination for hiding and even he laughed at himself. As the discussion went into how long he has been a vampire he nodded to answer her question. As Bella told him how she woke up he smiled and said: "You are very lucky then to awaken that way." Aver smiled his special smile the kind that closed his eyes just a little bit and reached his cheeks. As the topic turned to how long he has been here."Two maybe three months I think, I travel mostly." Aver said. The question came up about how long he has been spying Aver could tell she was becoming defensive.
"Quite a few months I guess." said Aver. Finally his most wanted question was answered. "Practice huh, I can do practice" Aver said with a smile. Bella gave him the go ahead to research his past. "Thank you very much." He said and he smirked as he thought of something. "You have to tell your family about this which is fine." said Aver "As I have nothing to hide would you like to see what I can do?" Aver asked. "Granted it is not as cool as your families talents but if you gonna give info on me you may as well know it all." Aver stood straight and used his ability(becoming 10x more beautiful than a normal vampire) after a second he went back to normal. "Not the most useful talent but it works to draw vampires and human alike to me." "Now you know everything about me." said Aver with a smile.

She thought about how she had woken up and it was easy and safe. Safer than waking up in an unknown morgue like Aver simply had stated that he had. She waited for him to continue his research as she was as curious as he seemed to be all of a sudden. “Yes I was. And I thank my lucky stars for it every day.” She could tell that things were different. She didn’t feel like she was in danger being in the same room with him. “Ah so you would be considered a nomad then. Since nomads don’t have covens of their own and travel alot.”
She smiled as she said it. “Wow, you’re good, to have been watching us that long without being detected. I guess I’ll have to tell the others that we need to be a bit more careful.” She was only protective of her family of course so that was why she was a bit defensive. They were her life of course.
“Good, don’t slip up though as you might find yourself in a situation that no one can help you out of.” She smirked as she said it, knowing this would be just the reason for Aro or one of his guards to be present in her little town. “You’re welcome, and yes I do. Whenever a nomad’s around trouble usually comes in spades.” She said as that usaully was the case. “Sure, I’d like that.” And then seconds later she watched how he went from his normal appearance to an even more stunning appearance. She was quite impressed. “Right, and how much do you know about me and my family exactly?” She was curious. She knew that he knew they had abilities or at least that some of them did. Which made her nervous. The question was, could he be trusted? Did Aro know about his existance? And if so what was to stop him from coming down to Forks at a time like this? So many questions ran through her mind as she looked at him.
Taking an unneeded breath she looked around the library. It was quintessential really. She liked books, and had read probably almost all that were here in the library both the ones you could hear instead of read, and the ones where you needed your sight more than your hearing. She was quite certain her own talents would not prove to be useful in this given sitaution not that she would throw up her shield unless she had to. Blood could be both a godsend and a curse. It was all dependant upon how one looked at the sitaution. She was more than aware that the time may have changed some since she was first turned but the world had not changed that much in nearly fifty years. She still couldn't believe she was about sixty eight years old trapped in an eighteen year old's body. At least she would always look beautiful like her sisters, and her mother did.

Aver nodded gently as he searched through the newspaper looking for anything about himself. As Bella agreed with his comment he got closer to his death date. Bella commented on the fact that he was a nomad and Aver smiled "A nomad huh......cool."Aver said as he nodded his head in agreement. "Thanks."said Aver as Bella decided just to tell her family to be careful. "I'll try not to slip up, but I could use a accountabilibuddi can you help with that?"Aver asked with a smile. As Bella told Aver why she has warn her family he laughed. "It seems that statement comes from experience." he said as he laughed again. Bella asked him how much he knew about her family he nodded as he knew she would ask this. "I only know your power, your feelings for each other, and your diet." He said with a wink. As he continued searching the newspapers he found something "Huh I found it!" He turned it around and showed Bella before reading it himself.
Aver Micah James Han Age sixteen died on May 16th Left behind his parents Jin and Hannah,a little sister Lily, and many family members and friends. Body stolen from Seattle hospital morgue if found contact the Han family at 567-9928
Aver began to shake slightly he covered his eyes as dim flashbacks of his human memories were returning slowly. As he regained control of himself Aver was happy that his family was alright although he could never again see them. "I remember a bit about myself now" said Aver. "It is not much but at least my family is okay." Aver said as he forced himself to smile.
((sorry I have been away I had bad food poisoning and ended up hospitalized for dehydration. But im back now.))

She listened as he had said that being a nomad was cool. It really wasn’t, not in her mind. “Possibly, nomads are known to be well travelled but they are also highly dangerous.” She said as she looked at him. He did not seem to be a threat which was a god thing as she would hate to have to want to kill him so quickly. Still she was keeping herself on guard in case she would need to use her shield though she doubted she would need to. “You’re welcome. I can try and help with your accountability, but the rest is kind of up to you.” She told him honestly as she looked at the newspapers he was digging through. She knew she had to be careful with what she said and how she said it.
“Unfortunately, yes. I’ve been around for quite some time.” She grinned as he had said he found it. “That’s good, Aver.” She said as she read the article quickly and then waited for him to read it. She could tell that he was remembering something from his human life, and that made her smile. “I’m happy for you, I know what it’s like to not know, if they’re okay or not. I was fortunate in that aspect. I had one member of my human family and his wife there for most of my life after I was turned. Until they both died not long ago. I was able to see him and his wife in person, though that took some getting used to. The others I was able to reach out through phone calls, though I never saw them. It was safer that way honestly. More so for me than it was for them. With the one I did see most often, it took some support to guide me through seeing him for the first time as a newborn. And the restraint, well that came with knowing that if I hurt him I’d never be able to live with myself and what I had done.” It did take quite a bit of a restraint to keep herself hidden from Charlie, for what she was, but she had a feeling Charlie had known that Renesmee was more than just her adopted daughter. Which was what they had to tell him, otherwise he never would have believed it.
“Once you gain control over your thirst, you should be able to see some of your human family, if you want to, but I would advise against it if you’re unsure you could control yourself. With me, my human family is dead. Has been for a while, so I take comfort in the family I have that I know I will never lose.” She told him honestly, knowing without her daughter and Edward that she would never be alright...that if she lost the others she would never forgive herself as she didn’t need to feel what others felt to know that by watching her cousin Irina’s death, that it was a horrible feeling to behold. Death usually was, but death of someone who was immortal was even worse because it was unexpected. With humans death comes, and everyone is prepared for it at some point, with immortals it just doesn’t happen that way. At least it wasn't supposed to.

Aver listened as Bella explained that nomads were dangerous. "Do you see me...on that dangerous list?"said Aver trying to make himself seem scary then laughing at his attempt. "I guess I am somewhat dangerous."he said with a smirk. Aver thought back to the lives lost to his thirst and shivered. He nodded in surrender that he was extremely dangerous when he needed to be and sometimes because he wanted to be at the start. After all the lives he has ended it took a child soft words during his fourth month that helped him differ right and wrong. Till he became mentally sick of the stomach when he took a life.
Bella agreed to be Aver's accountabilibuddi but told him the rest was up to him. "Thanks a lot for agreeing."said Aver "I'll do my best." The thought of no longer hurting another person made him happy as he shortly daydreamed of a normal as possible life. Even going to school. Bella said she was happy for him as his memory came back. She even said once he was in control. She even said he could probably visit them. Aver lit up with joy but remember one small detail. He was suppose to be dead. The joy went away and he sighed. "My family think I'm dead I can't visit them." said Aver.

A sigh escaped her lips as she listened to Aver for a moment. “I don’t know, Aver. Too soon to tell.” She told him honestly, though she was sure her family might think of him as dangerous. “We’re all somewhat dangerous. Even me. Despite the fact that I am vegetarian if you will, given we don’t drink from humans....it’s still a risk every day. I have had good luck when it comes to controlling my blood thirst, especially since sometimes I find myself around a lot of humans in very tight spaces.” It was the truth, since sometimes being in the high school she had found herself in a lot of situations which could end badly.
Change was good although sometimes it took a little more time than most things. After all she hadn’t been alone when she had been changed, Aver had been. That made somewhat of a difference in her mind. Still anything was possible, and she knew that better than most. She wondered if Alice would know anything about any nomads in the area, due to her visions. She’d have to remember to ask about that when she saw her older sister later. “Well it’s important that if you want to differ from how you are, then you need to make some changes. And having someone to help, will be beneficial.” She said knowing how dangerous their world could in fact be. She couldn’t help but chuckle as she saw his eyes lit up. “So did mine, after I was turned. But certain things happened and well life’s full of surprises, remember that. Though maybe if you're fortunate enough you won't spend eternity alone. You'll make friends, maybe even start your own coven, or join one.” She looked around the library wondering of course whether things would be better or worse. She knew that with the ball coming up that anything and everything was possible. The Volturi’s would be hosting one and that meant she and her family would go to Italy. As much as she loved the views of Italy she would rather be anywhere but there, really. Due to the Volturi living there.
She could remember Charlie’s reaction to when he saw her after the transformation. She had an incredible way of avoiding the thirst, though it helped not to truly breathe in. Not that she needed to of course. Her family had been beneficial in helping her to control her thirst. Without them, she probably would have been very unpredictable and had gotten herself killed. Which would not have helped matters at all. Charlie of course knew that she was okay no that she was a vampire. Though it was quite funny to see his reaction about Jake’s transformation, even though that alone could have put him in more danger than anything else. Still it hadn’t and she had to admit she was grateful for it. Coming out of her thoughts she turned to face none other than Aver. It was something that hadn’t made too much sense when she was human and younger than seventeen, now of course it made alot more sense given all the things she had seen in this life. ”I’ve always believed that everything happens for a reason, no matter if the reason is understood or not.” She replied while looking around the library.
She did not know how her family would in fact react to everything that seemed to be happening but it was a pretty good bet they’d be interested in Aver. Not only because he had been watching them but because he was interested in their way of life. If he wanted to be a vegetarian, of course he’d have to work at it, and she could help. After all it hadn’t taken her very long to accustom to drinking blood but then again she had never tasted human blood before. The restraint in which she had was helpful. Plus she couldn’t very well take the life of a human, especially when her own daughter was half human. That fact alone was enough to keep her on the straight and narrow. It’d be hard to endure taking the life of someone, no matter what position she were in.

Hearing Bella say it was too soon to tell on whether or not he was dangerous his spirit lifted somewhat. Bella then added she was a little bit dangerous herself because of her close proximity to humans. Aver throat closed as he thought what that would be like as he is now. He shivered at the thought. "You win." said Aver. "I don't know what you win but you have to win something for that." said Aver mock bowing.
Bella told him if he wish to differ from who he was at the moment he would have to change and having someone to help made the difference. "I agree and by the way thank you in advance for wanting to help me." said Aver. Bella laughed at his joke and told Aver that life was full of surprises and maybe if he was fortunate enough he won't spend eternity alone maybe have some friends or start /join a coven. Aver imagine not being alone anymore and the thought made him happy. "Not being alone would be nice." said Aver. Bella then said she believes things happen for a reason no matter if it is not understood. "I agree this moment proves that."said Aver "If I met you any other way I would probably be seen as a enemy, and I would never had been brave enough to walk up to your house and ask you these things." said Aver smiling brightly. Aver shyness often got in the way of talking to others. If he decided not to go to the library this meeting would never had happen. However because he did go he was able to find out alot. Maybe because of this meeting he would gain a friend. "So when do I start?"asked Aver pretending to box. "Whenever you are ready."said Aver

All vampires were considered dangerous to humans when their blood thirst got out of hand. Jasper had been living proof of it. But she would not get into that kind of detail with Aver. She might be getting along with him for the moment but it wouldn’t be the first time she’d been double-crossed. And she was sure it wouldn’t be the last either. Not with the Volturi lurking about. The Volturi would need to know of all nomads, no matter which location they were in. Which if too many vampires were in their quaint little town, the Volturi might see it as a threat and if that happened, they could come there, just like before.
And this time, they didn’t have the numbers to stand against them. Even if they had the wolves while they were in their hometown. This time they would be throwing themselves to the lions so to speak and it was not the most pleasant of feelings. She had remembered well enough how they had nearly lost their lives, and those they had loved along the way. Alice had explained it to her in simple detail, those they had loved, would have been in danger and it would have meant the end of their coven and that of the Volturi’s too.
When the conversation turned to her winning something, her curiousity piqued. After all how could it not? Since she had not thought of anything about this encounter being that of a competition. “I win, eh?” She chuckled as she looked at him. It was quite amusing actually. “Not all vampires have the kind of restraint that I do. I was put in a situation where I was around humans very early on when I had been changed, so I guess that helped. Plus I had my family with me in case something went wrong.” She knew that her relationship with Charlie had been put to the test then. Of course she wasn’t about to lose her father, but she wasn’t about to lose her husband and daughter even more so. The fact was that Charlie had never been made aware that she was a vampire, or that her little girl was in fact her own, instead of being adopted, like they had told Charlie she was. Because Charlie had never seen her pregnant and her pregnancy because it had been a vampiric one had been quicker than the traditional human pregnancy would have been. She chuckled lightly when Aver had bowed to her, in a mocking sort of way.
“You’re welcome in advance.” A smile appeared on her face as she looked at him, recalling her own experiance as a newborn. It hadn’t been easy of course. But she had made it work nonetheless. “Yes, it is. I wouldn’t be who I am without my family. I’m sure of that much.” A chuckle escaped her lips as she looked at him. “That is true. And you’re right though. Under most circumstances had we met any other way you would be an enemy...especially by most of my family members. Due to the unpredictable nature that nomads possess. And as far as when you start, as soon as you’re ready. Though we’ll need a different area if you’re intending to fight me.” A grin appeared on her face as she thought of an area they could easily go if they wanted to fight like true vampires would. “I’m ready whenever you are.” She was in fact ready to do whatever she had to do, as she would rather have another friend than another enemy. As she had plenty of those....it seemed. "But you really want to challenge me to a boxing match?" She grinned thinking about it. She was still very strong, both mentally and physically in her family, despite the fact she was not exactly a newborn anymore. They each had their own strengths and weaknesses.

Aver listen to Bella talk about how she could resist. He was amazed by her depth of tolerance. "If you was put in a room with bleeding human you would not only stay sane but make friends and get them medical help." Aver said joking. Bella said that he was welcome and Aver smiled back. He saw out the window that the black sky was slowly brightening. Exactly how long he has sat here and talked he did not know, but he knew he enjoyed it. Bella agreed with him on not being alone. Aver never wanted to be alone he alway wish to have a friend and he now sees Bella as a friend even though it was their first meeting it gave him hope that maybe the rest of the cullen household that he would see him as a friend. Bella agreed that if they met any other way that he would be seen as a enemy but the next part he had to laugh. Aver's "Im ready when you are" and his mock boxing was seen as if he wanted to box which would be fun but he was talking about something else. "A boxing match sounds fun but I was talkin about practice." said Aver as he stop breathing trying not to smell the room. He took a breath so he could talk. "We can do both do not think you will win." said Aver with a grin. A boxing match sounded fun. With the last of his breath he said: "Don't cry when I beat you. where to?" he said with a smirk.
